When our brides (and grooms, lets not forget them) ask us for advice on their catering and food we always like to push the envelope and suggest something outside of the box. Many of our clients choose Barbados for the authentic culture and of course landscape and beaches which our little island brings to the table. They don't want just boring "wedding food" but they love to incorporate Bajan food and culture into their celebration. So here is a suggestion which we think your guests will love! It can be served during the cocktail hour or we think it is a perfect option for a late night snack after drinking and dancing. Here we go- a much more elegant version of macaroni pie! We call them macaroni bites, these small and flavorful cheesy bites of goodness pack a punch in your mouth. They are great options instead of having plain old macaroni pie which is not usually presented in such a creative way.
