Shawn and Marieke had all their family and friends attend their beautiful wedding here in Barbados. The couple got married at the Anglican church, St. James parish church on the West coast of Barbados. We added a large pedestal with tropical pink gingers, cream anthuriums and white carnations. On the pew ends we hung silver buckets with the same pink, cream and ivory floral colour scheme. After the ceremony, Steve Cumberbatch took photos with the couple outside the church and the guests headed back to Bellevue House for the cocktail hour and reception.

The sounds of steel pan greeted the guests as they walked into the cocktail area which was set up around the pool. There were pink cocktails and canapes awaiting all the guests to be served. The wedding party took more photos on the lush grounds of Bellevue House and then joined their guests for the cocktail hour. There were beautiful speeches and cutting of the cake before everyone sat down for dinner. Gourmet Xpress prepared a lovely buffet dinner which was then finished off with desserts, coffee, tea and dancing!
