Rebecca and Michael came together and tied the knot on the 20th July, 2013 at the stunning Sandy Lane Spa with many of their close family and friends. The ceremony was adorned with silver chivali chairs and a simple but dramatic huppa structure with flowing ivory fabric and clusters of full white hydrangeas, pale pink spray roses, white lisianthus and babies breath. The navy tie backs added that dark drama and pulled together the ceremony decor. Rebecca walked down the aisle to a string quartet which played for the cocktail hour also! After the intimate ceremony, the guests headed over to the Sandy Lane Country Club with its absolutely stunning view of the West coast of Barbados while the bridal party took photos throughout the hotel and on the beach of course. The reception tables were designed with hydrangeas and dusty pink roses which pulled back in the design from the ceremony. The cake was a simple three tiered great cake made by Flindt Barbados, which we placed on a vintage silver cake stand for that extra oomph. The reception was illuminated by the many candles on the tables and after dinner it was all about the dancing and partying! It really was a picture perfect wedding if we say so ourselves!
