This small wedding of 6 people was held on the 14th January 2013 at The Cliff Restaurant. Adam and Abbie are from England and stayed at Coral Reef Hotel. As they were staying on the west coast (or may we say platinum coats) of the island, they decided that The Cliff was the perfect place to hold their ceremony and dinner reception as it is elegant, classy and renowned for their food and atmosphere. Unfortunately on the day of their wedding, the tide was very high on the  secluded beach in front of the restaurant and they were not able to have their ceremony on the beach. We always have a plan B in every case, which was that Adam and Abbie get married on the little patio of the lounge overlooking the sea. It worked out beautifully, with their solo pan player serenading the guests with pan music throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Abbie chose to go with a lilac and cream colour combination for her bouquet and table centerpiece. She had a lovely hand tied posey consisting of bright vibrant purple orchids, cream roses, snap dragons and lisanthius. The couple and their guests had rose champagne in the lounge for toasts and cut the scrumptious vanilla rum cake which was decorated with the same fresh flowers as her bouquet.

Since the couple could not use the beach in front of the restaurant, they decided to pop down to another local beach about 5 minutes away called Little Good Shepherd beach so they could get their beach and sunset photos. It was a stunning sunset to commemorate such a celebration!
